How to Set Up your Online Store

How to set up your online store on SNAPOS online store creator?





  • Login to your SNAPOS online store creator account

Note: We have prepared a document to Add products on SNAPOS. Once you add your products, you are ready to launch your online store
  • To launch your online store -- On the dashboard, enable the online mode, available under creating your online store, and just paste it into the web browser

  • After the page loads, this is what your online store will look like.

  • The displayed categories are the list of categories you have added. Also, you can see the list of products added under the categories

To change your online font style


  • Go to the SNAPOS dashboard

  • Under create your online store > Choose Set Now button

  • Choose the font style option and pick your required font style for an online store

  • Now go to your online store on the web and refresh the page. You can notice the modified online store font style

To add special offers and the featured banners


  • Go to the SNAPOS dashboard

  • Click on the Set Now button under create your online store, choose the featured banner option and click add item button

  • Enter the item name that you want to make an offer

  • choose the display image, and update the selling price and the discount. And update the required field

  • Click save & add new button

Check Whether the Feature Banner Added Successfully

  • Now click on the feature banner option (available on the dashboard under create your online store > Choose Set Now button)

  • You can see the updated offer here

  • You can have up to 5 featured items as your online store special offer

To add a deal of the day


  • Go to the SNAPOS dashboard

  • Click on the Set Now button under create your online store, choose the featured banner option and click add item button

  • Choose the deal of the day option and click add item button

  • Enter the item name as to your requirement and update the selling price and the discount

  • Now pick the day you want to make an offer under the schedule this item option.

  • Save the process

  • Now go to your online store in the web browser and refresh the page.

  • You can see the featured products and the deal of the day item at the top of the screen


From your customer's perspective - with the help of your online store


  • They can add their required item to the cart by clicking the cart icon at the bottom

  • They can see the list of products they have added

  • Click continue to update the delivery address

  • Finally, the customer can place their order

  • That's it! The order has been placed successfully.

  • The customer can track - whether the order is approved or rejected by using the track order button.

  • Your customers can also cancel the order if required

Order Management from Owner Perspective


  • The owner will be notified in case of any order placement

  • This will be in the order option which is at the bottom right of the SNAPOS dashboard screen

  • Now click on the order option

  • The owner can see all the customers ordered status, i.e., pending, approved, rejected, and shipped items here


Here, the pending -- represents the customer has ordered and you haven't approved and processed yet. You can either reject or accept the order

  • Here once the owner accepts the order, the customer can see the order acceptance with the order receipt

  • The customer will also be notified - about the order status through SMS

To edit your online store link

  • Go to the menu on the top left of the SNAPOS dashboard

  • Choose settings > business profile

  • You will find an online store link modification at the bottom

  • Click edit. Edit the link as per your need.
