How to create coupons on SNAPOS online store creator?
The coupon is nothing but a method for online shoppers to save cash on their respective interested products. There are different types of coupons to offer for customers. Here we have documented the process of creating a coupon on the SNAPOS online store creation app.
Login to your SNAPOS account
Click on the menu icon on the top left > Choose Settings > Coupons & Discounts > Create Coupons
Enter the coupon code as per your choice
User Per Customer -- It represents how many times the customer can use the respective coupon
Coupon Status -- Whether you want to enable or disable the coupons
Discount type -- Choose the type of discount you wish to offer.
(i) Percent
If you want to provide the offer in terms of percentage, based on the customer's purchased amount
Discount percentage -- The percentage you want to discount (Eg: 60%).
Min order value -- Update the minimum amount for those who are eligible for this criterion (Eg: The coupon is available only for the customers who purchased above Rs.149).
Max discount amount -- Update the maximum discount amount as per your need. (Eg: The maximum discount amount you can afford for a customer is Rs.120. So based on this amount and Min order value, the discount is provided).

Show coupon for all -- Either you can available this coupon for all or you can also provide it for some specific users. (For example: Only for the users who have the coupon code).
Action from and End on -- Enter the start date and end date to run the offer.
Description -- Describe the coupon. For your understanding and will not be displayed to users.
Click Create a coupon.
Your coupon is created successfully. You can update the coupon if required.
(ii) Flat Discount
Enter Flat -- Enter the amount that you want to offer as a discount (Eg: Rs.100 offer for customers).
Min Order value -- Update the minimum amount for those who are eligible for this criterion (Eg: The coupon is available only for the customers who purchased above Rs.1500).

The other steps are similar to the above.
(iii) Buy A Get X
Consider this example for this section -- Buy 1 Get 2 or Buy Jean and Get Shirt)
In this section, you can offer a discount coupon in 2 ways
Buy A for the respective quantity and Get X completely free (Eg: Buy 1 new laptop and offer a bag completely free)
Buy A for the respective quantity and Get X with some discount (Eg: Buy 1 new laptop and offer the bag with Rs.200 discount)
1. Buy A for the respective quantity and Get X completely free
Item A -- Enter/choose the product that the user wants to purchase, to access the offer.
Quantity to buy -- The no.of quantity the user wants, to access the offer. Make sure to update the type of UoM (Unit of Measure -- Eg: kilogram).
Item X -- Enter/choose the item that you want to provide as an offer.
Free Quantity -- Update the no.of the quantity you want to offer as a discount.
Sell at discount Price -- For this section, you must disable this field.
Enter Discounted Price -- Similarly, disable this field too.
All the below options are similar procedures as discussed above.
2. Buy A for the respective quantity and Get X with some discount
Item A -- Enter/choose the product that the user wants to purchase, to access the offer.
Quantity to buy -- The no.of quantity the user wants, to access the offer. Make sure to update the type of UoM (Unit of Measure -- Eg: kilogram).
Item X -- Enter/choose the item that you want to provide as an offer.
Free Quantity -- Update the no.of the quantity you want to offer as a discount.
Sell at a discount Price -- Enable this section.
Enter Discounted Price -- Enter the discounted price. (For eg: Rs.200. It implies, purchasing a new laptop and offering the bag with Rs.200 discount).
All the below options are similar procedures as discussed above.
(iv) Discount over the bill amount
This type of discount is totally different from the percent discount type. In this type, you are going to offer some percentage as a discount from the customer's entire bill amount or offer an item as free with the specific quantity.
Enter Bill Value -- Update the amount for those who are eligible for this criterion (Eg: Rs.1500. The offer is available only for the customers who purchased above Rs.1500).
You have two options under this. Either you can give a discount or you can offer items.
To Give Discount field-- Update the Enter Discount Price, that you want to offer to customers
For Give Item field-- Update the item and the quantity that you want to offer a discount.
