Request Account & Data Deletion

You have the right to request the permanent deletion of your SnapOS account and all associated data. Please follow the steps below.

Step 1 — Send a deletion request email

Send an email to our support team with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include your registered email address and business name so we can locate your account.

Step 2 — Wait for confirmation

Our team will review your request and send a confirmation email within 3–5 business days. We may ask you to verify your identity before proceeding.

Step 3 — Deletion completed

Once verified, your account and all associated data — including business details, products, orders, staff accounts, and transaction history — will be permanently deleted within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.

What data will be deleted?

  • Your account profile and login credentials
  • Business information, settings, and configuration
  • Products, categories, and inventory records
  • Order and transaction history
  • Customer records linked to your business
  • Staff accounts associated with your business
  • Any uploaded files or images

We may retain certain data where required by law (e.g., financial records for tax compliance). This will be explained in your confirmation email.
