Customers
Build a loyal customer database. Attach customers to sales, track total spend and visit history, and keep contact details handy for every transaction.
Adding a Customer

Go to Customers in the sidebar
Tap the Customers section from the main navigation menu.

Tap 'Add Customer'
A form opens asking for: Name (required), phone number, email address, street address, city, state, and GSTIN (India only).

Save the customer
Tap 'Add'. The customer appears in your list immediately and can be attached to future sales.
You can also create a new customer directly at checkout — no need to go to the Customers screen first.
Attaching a Customer to a Sale

Open the checkout sheet during a sale
When you're ready to pay, open the checkout panel.

Tap 'Add Customer'
Type a name or phone number. Matching customers appear in a dropdown — tap one to attach them to the sale.

Or create a new customer on the spot
If the customer isn't in your list yet, tap 'Add new customer' to quickly add their name, phone, and email without leaving the checkout flow.
Viewing Customer Purchase History

Open the Customers screen
Find the customer in the list. On desktop, they appear in a table. On mobile, they appear as compact cards.

Tap the customer's row
A panel opens showing every order associated with that customer — date, order number, status, and total amount.
The Customers screen shows 'Total Spend' and 'Last Visit' at a glance, so you can identify your most loyal shoppers instantly.
Searching and Filtering Customers

Use the search bar
Type a name, phone number, or email address. The list filters live as you type.

Refresh the list
Tap the refresh icon to reload from the server and see recently added customers.
Customer Campaigns (Coming Soon)
Send personalised WhatsApp or email campaigns to your customers — clearance sales, loyalty rewards, birthday specials, and new stock alerts. This feature is in active development and will be available soon.
